If you are using Blackboard in Microsoft Edge, you may find it gives you the following 404 Error when you click on links: 
If this is happening to you, here are some two steps that will fix this problem.
- Enter edge://settings/downloads in your navigation bar in Microsoft Edge, and press Enter.
- Look for "Open Office files in the browser" and toggle it to "Off"
- That's it! Blackboard should work as it has in the past.
