What is RaiderPrint?
RaiderPrint is a Follow-Me printing service that allows you to send print jobs from your laptop or mobile device and release them securely from any RaiderPrint printer on campus. Just scan a QR code at the printer with your phone — no need to log in at the machine!
How to Use RaiderPrint
✅ Step 1: Submit Your Document to RaiderPrint
You have 2 ways to print your document:
- From your computer:
- Visit https://helpdesk.nwciowa.edu/myaccount/print
- Download the MobilePrint application
- Double click to install
- Once installed, log in using your campus credentials.
- Simply print any document or file to RaiderPrint.
- From a campus lab or dorm lab computer:
- Sign-in using your campus credentials
- Print to the RaiderPrint printer
✅ Step 2: Go to a RaiderPrint printer
- Head to any RaiderPrint printer location (they will have a RaiderPrint QR code on them).
✅ Step 3: Scan the QR Code to Release Your Job
- Open your phone camera or QR code scanning app.
- Scan the QR code on the printer.
- A mobile page will open asking you to log in (if not already).
- Select the document(s) you want to print.
- Hit “Release” — and your document will be released!
